Terms of Use

AllForAll is a humanitarian crisis coordination platform. We provide technology to connect responders, affected communities, and donors. We do not ourselves provide emergency services, medical care, or humanitarian aid.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm this and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You may use AllForAll only for genuine humanitarian or crisis response purposes. You may not:

• Post false information about crises, your credentials, or your organisation.
• Use the platform to solicit donations for fraudulent purposes.
• Harvest user data, reverse-engineer the platform, or conduct automated attacks.
• Impersonate another person, organisation, or government body.
• Use the platform in violation of applicable humanitarian law or sanctions.

AllForAll charges 0% platform fee. Donations go directly to the coordinating organisation. We do not hold, process, or guarantee funds. The recipient organisation is solely responsible for how donated resources are used.

Donations recorded as "Pledged" are commitments — fulfilment depends on the donor and recipient organisation completing the transfer independently.

Providers who list credentials do so at their own responsibility. AllForAll offers tiered verification (Self-reported / Platform-verified / Partner-verified) but does not independently verify every credential. Coordinators must exercise their own due diligence.

Some features use AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate crisis briefs, trust scores, and summaries. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for life-safety decisions. Always verify critical information through official channels.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post false information, or harm other users. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which will trigger GDPR erasure of personal data.

AllForAll provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: losses arising from use of the platform, actions of third-party organisations, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or disruptions in service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state of our registered entity. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By using AllForAll, you agree to receive transactional emails in connection with your account activity. These include: account verification, password resets, volunteer application confirmations, donation receipts, and 7-day impact updates. These are not marketing emails — they are sent only in direct response to your actions on the platform.

Logistics are handled directly. When you submit a volunteer offer or donation, AllForAll notifies the relevant humanitarian organisations on your behalf. From that point, all coordination, scheduling, and field logistics happen directly between you and those organisations. AllForAll is not a party to those arrangements and bears no responsibility for how they are fulfilled.

All outgoing emails carry the AllForAll logo, a transactional notice, and links to our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

We will notify users by email of material changes to these terms. Continued use after 30 days of notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
