How we vet organisations

Trust is core to what AllForAll does. Here's exactly how we assess the organisations and providers on our platform.

Important: AllForAll is a coordination platform, not a due-diligence firm. Verification increases confidence but does not guarantee outcomes. Always apply your own judgement — especially for large donations or sensitive deployments.
📋Self-reported

The organisation provided information about themselves. We have not independently verified it.

Checks performed

  • Name and description supplied by the organisation
  • Organisation type declared by the organisation
  • LinkedIn and website links checked for basic validity

Suitable for: Browsing, connecting — exercise your own due diligence before sending resources.

Platform verified

We have completed basic verification checks against public registries.

Checks performed

  • Legal registration number cross-checked with national charity/NGO registry
  • Active status confirmed in the registry at time of verification
  • Domain ownership aligns with stated organisation
  • No active sanctions or fraud alerts in OFAC/UN lists

Suitable for: Standard donations and deployments. Suitable for most use cases.

🤝Partner verified

Verified by a trusted humanitarian partner network (OCHA, ICRC, UN agencies, etc.).

Checks performed

  • All Platform Verified checks passed
  • Confirmed active partnership or membership with a tier-1 humanitarian body
  • Field presence verified by partner organisation
  • Financial accountability report reviewed

Suitable for: High-value donations and sensitive deployments. Highest confidence tier.

Provider verification

Individual providers (medical, rescue, logistics, etc.) are verified separately from organisations.

  • Self-reported: Provider declares their skills, experience and credentials.
  • Platform verified: Licence number cross-checked with relevant professional body (e.g. medical council).
  • Partner verified: Background check completed by a humanitarian partner; field references confirmed.
